She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ortiz (Mariya Ortiz), Christopher Ortiz, Sr. (Karen Ortiz) and Jason Ortiz; and her grandsons, Christopher Ortiz, Jr., Macarian Ortiz and Jayden (Kiana Jordan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
