He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn V. Mulcahy and Paula Allen Mulcahy; and his brother Timothy Lane Mulcahy. He is survived by: his wife Jeanise Bolin Mulcahy; his stepson Joseph Dillon (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Casey and Isabel Dillon.
