He was predeceased by: his parents, Raul Cortez, Sr. and Rachel Loya Cortez; and his brothers, Ricardo and Johnny Cortez. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristen Landers (Jessie), Danielle Bauman and Alyssa Moore (Hunter); his grandchildren, Brooke, Nina Nicole Landers, Maverick and Meadow Moore; and his siblings, Reyes Cortez (Mary), Loly Layton (Tony) and Raul Cortez, Jr. (Bertha). He is also survived by numerous nephews & nieces.
