We announce the death of Ruth Elaine Williams of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on June 12, 2026, at the age of 88. Ruth will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lasater and Edna Lasater (Butler); her sisters, Anna Vank and LaDelle Rutledge; her husband Charles White of Sulphur Springs; and her son Ricky White.
She is survived by: her brother Gerald Lasater; her children, Carla White and Donald White (Janice); and her grandchildren, Kristy Cartwright (Phil), Brandon White, Mary White, Nicholas White (Christina), Brentley White (Maranda) and Charlie White (Courtney). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren as well as countless nieces, nephews, cousins.
