She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Owens and Asielee Owens; her husband Jimmy Wright; and her siblings, Cora, Carolyn Dean, Sarah, Fred, Calvin, Robert, Wallace, Joeann and Charles James.
She is survived by: her sons, Garry Black (Delois) and Calvin Black (Phyllis); and her sister Emma Ruth. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
