She is survived by: her father Weldon Smith; her husband Robert; her children, Lucy, Brett, Jack and Charlie; her sisters, Laura Boynton (Jay) and Natalie Smith; her in-laws, Joan and Alan Walne; her sister-in-law Sarah Hefton (Ryan); and her nieces and nephews, Allie, Sam, Henry, Mason, Will, Mary Kate and John.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation and Lake Highlands Women's League.
