Stephen Mansfield Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Mansfield of Dallas, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Seymour Mansfield; his brother-in-law Ben Wilkes, Jr.; his nephew Peter Hannings Wilkes; and his brothers-in-law, Jimmy Morris and Jimmy Reid.

He is survived by: his mother Dolores Peery Mansfield of Martin, TN; his wife Marilyn Joy Moon Mansfield; his daughter Meredith Grace Mansfield; and his sisters, Kay Mansfield Wilkes of Jackson, TN and Lisa Mansfield Reynolds (Jim) of Rossville, TN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church- Martin (562 Old Troy Rd, Martin, TN 38237). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

The family requests that gifts in lieu of flowers be made in Steve's memory to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Building Fund.
