She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Mary Rose Heath. She is survived by: her husband Larry Phillips; her children, Katherine Phillips Black (Barry Black) and Hudson of Dallas; her brothers, Jim Heath (Linda) of Tomball, Robert Heath of Boerne and David Heath (Andrea) of Bryan-College Station; her niece Laura (Dale Tadlock); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsay and Elizabeth; her nephew David (Cara Heath); her great-niece Emma; her nephew Jim (Lisa Heath); her great-niece Madelyn of Helena, MT; her nephews, Joel Heath of Austin and Todd (Shalane Heath); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ember and Auora; and her cousins, Virginia, Robert Dupuy of Dallas, Barry, Sylvia Davis of Coronado, Daryl Davis of Coronado and George Andrews. She is also survived by nephews, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Dallas (1926 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75201).
