He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rowe and Lula Rowe; and his siblings, Joe, Mildred and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Marton Rowe; his daughters, Christine Rose and Sharon Kirkpatrick; his son-in-law Gill Kirkpatrick; and his grandsons, Luke and Dylan Kirkpatrick.
