He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara De Luca and Rocco Carrozza; and his wife Virginia Anne Reeves. He is survived by: his children, Fay Carrozza Martin (John), Lynn Carrozza (Ann) and Bob Carrozza (Taine); his grandchildren, Zachary Martin, Jared Martin, Lauren Carrozza Huffines (Sam), Vince Carrozza and Kyle Carrozza; his great grandchildren, Eloise and Gwendolyn Huffines; and his caregiver Emily.
