She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Williams-Wallace and John Burley; her significant other Deacon Tommy Lee Owens; her stepmother Beaulah Burley; and her siblings, Corine Price and John Burley Jr..
She is survived by: her son Rodney Keith Jefferson (Angela) of Alto, Texas.; her brother Raymond Chandler; her granddaughter Velmasha Jefferson; her great grandchild Aiden Roy; and her sibling's children, Kendra Burley, Natasha Chandler, Corey Burley, Aundrea Chandler and Darvis Chandler.
