He was predeceased by: his father Willie Lee George; and his brother David Fields Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Ola Mae Dennis; his brothers, Robert Lee George, Leslie Kelley, Jr., Leighton Joe Kelley and Kenneth Cook; his son Brandon Fields; and his cousins, Gwendolyn Haynes (Rodney Haynes) and Marilyn Milo. He is also survived by aunts, cousins and friends.
