He is survived by: his daughter Heather Dusak Givens (James Givens) of Danevang; his sisters, Deborah Goad of Wharton and Linda Marquardt of Illinois; his grandchildren, David "Justin" Koudela, Dustie Skye Koudela and Taylor Raye Givens; and his great grandchildren, Marley Rae Koudela, David "Wayne" Koudela and Stoney Ray Koudela.
