He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Phillips and Nina Phillips; his sisters, Thelma (Estelle), Ruby (Margie) and Doris (Minnie); and his son-in-law Jerry Clemons.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Lane Phillips (Audra) and Lori Clemons; his grandchildren, Dave Clemons, Casey Phillips, Lauren Farmer (Lee) and Emily Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Easton, Riley, Jace, Paxtyn and Elowyne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
