She was predeceased by: her parents, Odie Howery and Odessa Howery; and her husband Cecil Rhea Mitchell of Dayton. She is survived by: her sons, Cecil Rhea Jr. of Dayton and Craig (Nikki) of Houston. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
