She is survived by: her husband Larry Lazrine; her children, Brandon Ortiz, Lauren Ortiz (Travis Moorman), Ryan Ortiz, Megan Hruda (Chris), Nathan Ortiz and Savannah Lazrine; the father of her children Raymond Ortiz; her grandchildren, Emily Beacham, Alex Thrash, Judith Ortiz, Hayleigh Brown, Ian Ortiz, Damian Hruda, Everlynn Hruda, Jasper Hruda, Zaidyn Ortiz, Zaraya Ortiz, Allison Young, Addison Young and Baby Lazrine-Jones; and her siblings, Mary Coulombe and Michael Bosserman. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
