He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edwin Stephens and Leona Davis Stephens; his brother Dow Stephens; his niece Melissa Asbill; his nephews, Brendan Jackson and Jason Hogg; and his granddaughter Arabella Stephens.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Pamela; his children, Colby, Ryan (Machelle), Payton (Brooke), Eli, Lily, Parker, Casey, Maia and Wren; and his sisters, Beverley, Gayle, Joan, Pam, Donna and Janet. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends who treasured him, and his Enterprise family.
