He is survived by: his wife Suzzan Eubanks of Dayton, Texas; his daughter Elizabeth Stephenson (Rick) of Dayton, Texas; and his granddaughters, Ashlyn, Kayla and Jacie Stephenson. He is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
