It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Grisham (De Leon, Texas), who passed away on February 18, 2026, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, T. D. "Bill" Joiner and Hope Joiner (Dukes); and her siblings, Lucy Joiner, Chester Joiner and Ennis Joiner.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Riggle (Terry Riggle) of Houston, Wayne Grisham of Dallas and Kathy Miller (James Miller) of De Leon; her grandchildren, Mike Skaggs (Libby) of Hico and Shana Mahan (Craig) of De Leon; her great grandchildren, Carter Skaggs, Alyssa Popkess, Abby Cantrell, Dillon Skaggs, Taylor Amick and Hudson Skaggs; her great great grandchild Colton Popkess; and her siblings, Joyce Bramlett (Ernie), Don Joiner (Nita), David Joiner (Sandra) and Howard Joiner (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of Billie Jean Grisham to the children's ministry of First Baptist Church, De Leon, Texas.
