He is survived by: his children, Theresa Bright (Tom McIntyre), Mary Jo Martin, LeeAnn Chavarria, Charles Daniel DeAx (Shelley Wells DeAx) and Amanda DeAx Scott (Chad Scott). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
