He was predeceased by: his parents, Connor "Buck" Weaver and Ruby Clara McCullough Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Ann Mull; his children, Brian Weaver, Kristal Stovall (Samson) and Erika Bostic (Robert); his grandchildren, Ty Weaver, Bralyn Weaver, Hanna Speers (Mark), Chloe Stovall, Kadyn Bostic, Connor Bostic and Keegan Bostic; his great grandchildren, Jhett Weaver and Jax Weaver; his stepfather Luther Burdell; and his brothers, Bobby Neil Weaver and Richard Kevin Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
