He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Holdridge and Merle Huddleson Holdridge. He is survived by: his wife Joni Hooks; his children, Bernadette Thornton (Matt), Tori Marshall (Rob) and Derek Holdridge (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Abby Holdridge, Taylor Holdridge, Lily Marshall, Hayley Thornton, Freya Thornton, Jacob Holdridge and Kash Holdridge. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and other extended family.
