We announce the death of Frances Roberta Swinney Keith of De Leon, Texas, who passed away on July 6, 2026, at the age of 83. Frances will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Swinney and Opal Swinney; and her siblings, Donald Swinney and Carolyn Swinney. She is survived by: her husband Don Ray Keith; her children, Thomas Ray Keith and Becky Ann Keith; her grandchildren, Colton Feist, Elizabeth Keith, Massey Keith and Aleah Keith; and her great grandchild Kenneth Feist. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; and other extended family.
