We bid farewell to Jackie D. Auvenshine of De Leon, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 24, 2026 at the age of 85. Jackie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Hardin Auvenshine and Clara Elizabeth Keith Auvenshine; and his wife Susie Brumbelow. He is survived by: his children, Eddie Auvenshine (Nita) and Melissa Smith (Steve); his grandchildren, Cody Smith (Sydney), Ty Smith, Emily Nowlin (Shalor) and Ashley Auvenshine; his great grandchildren, Parker Nowlin and Owen Jack Nowlin; his siblings, Nell Strong, Benny, Glenn and Jimmy; and his nephews, Ken Keith and Chris Strong. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
