She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Smith and Willadean Smith; and her husband Finas Otwell. She is survived by: her children, Edward Ray Otwell (Jamie) and Cindy Ann Burney (Robert); her sister Anna Kay Wildes; her grandchildren, Jordyn Burney, Taylor Burney, Catherine Grindle, Trey Otwell and Aiden Otwell; and her great grandchildren, Jane Winkler and Rhett Winkler.
