He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E. White and Viola Durkee White. He is survived by: his wife Nancy White; his children, Christopher White and Tracey Bettis (Brad); and his grandchildren, Whitley Bettis, Codi Banks (Seth) and Braden Bettis.
