He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Mathis and Mary Mathis; and his grandparents, W. S., Iva Wayne Mathis, Gerald and Maurice Hanson.
He is survived by: his son Colton Mathis; his wife Jamie Tucker; his daughter-in-law Victoria; and his grandson Brooks.
