She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Howard and Hazel Howard (Truitt); her sister Maureen Lovejoy; her husband Prentiss Dwayne Clark; and her daughter Ja'Nice Carter.
She is survived by : her children, Dennis Clark of Ft. Worth, David Clark, Judy Pena of Justin and Robert Elmore; her siblings, Mattie Graham of Burleson and Wille Joe Howard of Alvord; and her great grandchild Isabella Lewis. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
