She is survived by : her spouse Thomas Bradley Hays; her children, Mark Hays of Cleburne, TX and Stephanie Smith of Burkburnett, TX; her siblings, Kenneth (Mary Nichols), Ray (Sherrie Nichols), Jerry Nichols of Lake Kiowa, TX and Patty McCullough of Burkburnett; and her grandchildren, Richard Hays of Cleburne, Angie Hays of Cleburne, Autumn Hays of Burkburnett and Kaitlyn Smith of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
