He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustin Rodriguez and Hilaria Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Rodriguez; his daughters, Crystal Tovar of Fort Worth, Rita Rodriguez of Fort Worth and Sandra McDonald (Jason) of Bowie, Texas; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Gonzalez (Isaias) of Banquete and Luis Tovar (Alex) of San Angelo, Texas. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Family Funeral Home (1418 TX-59, Bowie, TX 76230). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Cemetery (371 US-287, Sunset, TX 76270).
