He is survived by: his wife Shannon Tesson; his children, Corey (Donna), Justin and Britney (Colby); his grandchildren, Nevaeh, Margaret, Edwin, Millie, Avery and Daisy; his mother Peggy Tesson; his siblings, Jeneene Samaniego (Rob), Brian Tesson (Mike) and Matthew Tesson (Hannah); his nieces and nephews, Joe, Courtney, Harper and Karsyn; and his close friends, Mike Puccinelli, Mike Ungaretti, Alzado, Falcor and Lester.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Montana Pittie Project in his memory.
