He is survived by: his wife Sandra Harper; his children, Glen Harper and Julie Ruffino; his sons-in-law, Derek Ruffino and John (Carlotta); his grandchildren, Madeline Harper, Christopher Ruffino and Mia Ruffino; and his siblings, Betty Harper, Barbara Harper and David Harper. He is also survived by his extended family & friends.
