He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Althea and Allie Bone "Pete"; and his stepmother Maxine. He is survived by: his wife Irene Gibson; his children, Angela (Tommy Vong), Althea (Jeremy Stevens) and David Gibson (Lindsey); his stepchildren, Randy and Veronica (Joey Rivera); his grandchildren, Matthew (Karen), Melanie, Tyler, Joey, Adam, John, Emily, Eric, Joslynn, Evan, Layla, Kaylee, Laura, Daniel, Kayden, Maddie, Mateo and Elijah; and his brothers, Tommy (Linda), Lynn and Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
