He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Goerig Spacek and Joseph Augustine Spacek; his brother Joseph David Spacek; his wife Joyce Cook Spacek; his former wife Mary Jane Spacek; his son Daniel Arthur Spacek Jr. (Cathy); and his grandson Jason Wayne Wilson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Spacek Schwarz (Randy) and Cynthia Abowd Ellis. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
