He is survived by: his children, Gene Polk of Channelview, Gary Polk (Stephanie) of Lufkin, Bruce McCaffety (Susie) of Spring, Jeffery Sivil of Georgetown, Texas, Julie Goodman (Leslie) of Deer Park, Rebecca Denson of Jacinto, Tina Cook (Greg) of Florida, Gina Theis (Andrew) of Texas, Stephanie Mathis of Texas and Angela Simpson (Brandon) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Sara, Danyel, Brittney, Opal, Bruce Jr., Bobby, Bethany, Johnny, Isaac, Mary-Anne, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Jordan, Brynn, Brielle, Kenneth, Kyle, Kayla and Hannah. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
