He was predeceased by: his former wife Elna Daniels Williams; his son Kevin; his parents, Hermon Williams and Paulette Williams; and his brother Hermon Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gouge Oquin Williams; his children, Andrew Williams (Rayna) and Kelly Williams; his grandchildren, Tyler Oquin (Elissa), Tristan Oquin, Amy Oquin, Brittany Oquin, Mason Stuart, Kevin Williams, Colby Williams and Megan Stuart; and his sister-in-law Sheila Phillips (Ed).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the South Main Baptist Church (4300 East Sam Houston Pkwy S, Pasadena, TX 77505). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM.
