She is survived by: her son Trotter Carson of DeKalb, Texas; and her siblings, Phil Brown of DeKalb, Michael Carson of Texarkana, Greg Givans of Texarkana, Texas, Minnie Fountain of Alabama, Cheryl Green of Nashville and Sonia of Tacoma, Washington. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
