She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Payne and Myrtle Payne; her husbands, Leslie Lee Pirkey and Dalton Brouillette; her daughter Sheri Peek; and her siblings, Leslie M. Payne, Milton B. Payne, Jr., Boyd Wilson Payne, Reta Howell, Wanda Tidwell, Helen Henry Vickers and Wilma Holcombe Newton.
She is survived by: her son Randy Pirkey (Carolyn); her son-in-law Jerry Peek; and her grandchildren, Amy Rowan (Brad) of DeKalb, Lea Dooley (Kyle) of DeKalb and Jordan Peek (Julianna) of Plano, Texas.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
