He was predeceased by : his parents, Cesar Garza and Rosaura Garza; and his siblings, Cecilia, Cesar Jr., Elia, Roberto and Jesse.

He is survived by : his spouse Jesyka; his children, Selena, Cesar Jose, Jesse David Garza, Valeria and Danny Rios; and his brothers, Eloy, Ralph, Arturo and Eddie Garza. He is also survived by numerous Nieces & Nephews.
