Barbara Lynn Nachlinger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Barbara Lynn Nachlinger, who was taken from us too soon on March 19, 2025, at the age of 77.
Barbara, born to parents Howard and Vivian Nesmith on August 21, 1947, at Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
Barbara was married to James Benjamin Nachlinger Sr, they had one child who they adored, James Benjamin Nachlinger Jr, born on April 13th, 1968. One of Barbara's greatest joys in life was her beloved dogs, Bitsy and Bentley, her heart had endless love for her fur babies.
Barbara was known for her kind heart and gentle spirit. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued, always ready to offer a helping hand. She will be missed dearly.
Barbara is survived by, her son, James Benjamin Nachlinger Jr; her grandchildren; Quintin Phillip Nachlinger and Elli Lynn Nachlinger; daughter-in-law, Sherry Nachlinger, brother, David Nesmith, wife/sister-in-law, Susie Nesmith; niece, Rachel Nesmith and husband Kerry Harrison, great niece, Savannah Harrison; niece: Kathryn Sotomayor and husband Noel Sotomayor; great nephew: Trystan Sotomayor; sisters-in-law Judy McCune and Sandy Nachlinger, cousins: Thomas Walls, Karen Walls, and Dewayne White.
