He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Dean Conner and Beatrice Conner (Fulton); his son Charles Timothy Conner; and his brothers, Jerry Conner and Pat Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Conner of Denison, Texas; his children, Bill Conner of Burleson, Carol Phillips of Pampa, Beverly Layland of Pampa and Sherry Cigich (Barry) of Hallsville, Texas; Judy Pletcher of Frankston, Texas.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
