He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Floyd and Stacy Sturgill Floyd; his brothers, Bob, Jack, Joe, Ed and Woodie; and his former wife Sue Seale.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Williams Floyd of Roanoke; his sons, Walter Floyd (Sheri), Keith Floyd (Shanna Peratte) and Eric Floyd (Maribel); his grandchildren, Jeremy Floyd, Kayal Kramer, Brittany Charrvaria, Sara, Amy and Ava Floyd; his stepdaughter Cherri (Jemmy); and his stepgrandson David of Roanoke.
