He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Ballou (Chilton); his daughters, Traci Bush and Laura Alvarado; his grandchildren, Kaci Bush Moyer, Bryant Smith, Grant Smith and David Alvarado; his sons-in-law, Bart Bush, Bryan Smith and David Alvarado; and his brother Ronald Ballou (Patricia).
