He was predeceased by: his parents, Lelon Daniel and Jessie Daniel (Hawkins); his wife Betty Jo Washington; his son Jimmy; and his siblings, Edith Janell Bone and Donald Daniel.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Ragland (Joseph) of Sherman, TX; his siblings, Charles Daniel of Murphy and June Collins; his granddaughters, Casey Borah of Bells, TX and Brandy Prince of Colbert, OK; his great grandchildren, Piper Bearden, Amy Bandy (Blaine), Alexander Borah, Jesse Borah and Killian Smith; and his great great grandchildren, Thomas McDougall and Evelynne Bandy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the American Funeral Services (4312 W Crawford St, Denison, TX 75020). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at the Georgetown Cemetery (617 Cemetery Rd, Pottsboro, TX 75076).
