He is survived by: his children, Shellye Speakman (Tim) of Prosper and Dr. Ryan Lewis (Dawn) of Prosper, Texas; his stepdaughter Rachel Watson; his grandchildren, Ryan Olivia, Jack, Maddie, Nate and Alexis Watson; his nephew Todd Lewis; and his sister-in-law Pat Lewis. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
