He is survived by: his close friend Beverly Mills; his children, Machele Bates (Scott) of Pottsboro, Texas, Susan Langford (Eddie) of Atoka, Oklahoma and Larry Neff Jr. (Tina) of Denison, Texas.; and his siblings, Carolyn J. Matter of Longview, Texas, Michael P. Neff (Mary) of Denison, Gary D. Neff of Denison and Gregory D. Neff of Denison. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great‑grandchildren, and 5 great‑great‑grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Guardian Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion during Ronnie's final weeks as he bravely faced Alzheimer's disease.
