She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Titus Plain and Emma Agnes Bergin Plain; her son Stephen; and her husband William Sr.. She is survived by: her children, William Jr., Rodger, Donna, Kathryn and Patricia; and her caregiver Dr. Rene G. Gerard.
