In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lynda leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Lynda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Thomasson and Estelle Thomasson; her husband Jon Shaw; and her brother Eddie Thomasson. She is survived by: her son Bryant Childers; her grandchildren, Madison Johnson (Spencer Johnson), Dillon Campbell (Vee Blanton) and Regan Bump; and her great grandchildren, Emberlynn, Harper, William and Ellie.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at the Calvary Baptist Church (300 W Acheson St, Denison, TX 75020).
