He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James F. McNinch and Martha Rosanna Cooper; his stepson Joseph; and his siblings, James, Hazel, Doyle, Paul and Mildred.
He is survived by: his daughter Terry Appier (Steve Appier); his granddaughter Shandi Appier (Garrison Olds); and his great grandchildren, Micah, Tiata and Destin.
The military honors will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
