It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Gene Taylor of Denison, Texas, born in Sherman, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Raymond and Velta Marie Taylor (Hill); his siblings, Wayne Taylor and Sharon White; and his nephew Greg Taylor.

He is survived by: his brother Bobby Taylor (Charlotte) of Sherman; his sister-in-law Barbara Taylor of Denison; and his sister Melba Howard of Denison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
